About a week after the surgery is performed you will still feel a little bit sore and most likely have an altered routine. In about two weeks you should be able to resume as normal however it’s always a good idea to avoid heavy lifting and strenuous exercise. To be safe, it's always a good idea to follow the directions your doctor has given you.
